- Program Description
This messaging program sends appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling updates, quote follow-ups, and customer support communications to customers who engage with Caspian Insurance via our website at https://caspian-insurance.com, our scheduling forms, or in-person processes, and who have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications.
Opt-in may be collected via web forms with a dedicated SMS consent checkbox, appointment booking forms, paper forms or in-person consent, or other documented methods you approve.
