Victor started his career in logistics and has over 10 plus years in trucking industry. Victor didn’t want to be on the road any longer, and he felt it was time for a career change. In 2016 he took the pre license class for life and health producer and quickly got licensed. A year later, Victor joined Caspian insurance and financial services Corp in the late 2017 as a life insurance producer. He shadowed Mr Tony Dadashev in the life sales. Tony business was expanding hence he got his license in property and casualty. He learned as much as he can from personal lines to business and commercial lines (basically all lines). Given the opportunity Victor is now one of the top producers at Caspian. Moreover, he now oversee the property and casualty department and some life products management. With fluency in English, Romanian and Russian, he can connect with clients with varying cultural backgrounds. Victor takes great pride in working closely with Tony and the agency to achieve optimum results. He also feels it is important to offer clients the best options to choose from to meet their insurance needs.

Kate joined Caspian Insurance after a long journey in a different kind of customer service industry. Owning both a massage therapy and esthetician license, and working in the spa field for many years, gave her a strong understanding of how important genuine and consistent customer service truly is. Those experiences taught her patience, communication, and the importance of building trust through care and professionalism. Additionally, as a licensed Real Estate agent with years of experience in the Real Estate business, she learned how essential it is to form strong, reliable, and trustworthy relationships with her clients. She firmly believes in the power of referrals, which she knows are only possible when every client receives exceptional and personalized service. Kate speaks three different languages—English, Russian, and Latvian—and also holds a degree in Psychology, which helps her better understand her clients’ needs. “As a wife and mother of two children, I know how important it is to be properly insured because accidents happen in life.
